Duties include: collecting patient information, processing patient specimens, distributing materials to various campus locations, contacting patients for protocol follow-up, developing research tools, preparing for internal and external audits, data management and entry, data reporting to various research organizations, maintaining research files/charts with up to date information, etc. All assigned duties will be done with oversight from full-time study staff.

Position involves potential cross coverage and/or re-assignment amongst ACC CRU Research Teams depending on business needs. Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications

  • High school degree and 1 -2 years’ experience; or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical environment and terminology preferred.
  • Experience in research, regulatory or medical environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office application skills including word and Excel required.

Pay Range

$7.25 - $19.47 Hourly Rate

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level. Internal organization and peer data at Penn are also considered.
