Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Temporary Cleaner to support the Custodial Manager. You will perform a range of routine cleaning tasks across building interiors, following established standards and procedures to ensure a safe, tidy environment for occupants.

Duties include floor care with buffers, vacuuming, dusting, restroom restocking, trash disposal, and reporting any equipment issues.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and high energy/ endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs, dust furniture and fixtures, and perform periodic high dusting.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects such as clogged urinals or lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily and replace liners.
• Assist with snow removal at entrances as directed.
