Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Caregiver to join our team. The caregiver will provide hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, promoting independence and dignity, and assisting with daily living activities. Minimum age 18 with a High School diploma; CNA certification preferred and prior senior care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• 1 year of Assisted Living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
