Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a compassionate Care Giver to join our team in California. The role provides hands-on support and helps residents feel safe and at home while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean resident spaces, assisting with activities of daily living, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities. CNA certification is preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred (1 year minimum).
• Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, management and co-workers.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident’s room and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and physical safety of each resident.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
