Job summary

Integral Senior Living (ISL) is seeking a Care Giver to join our team. The role involves providing hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a climate of safety and comfort within a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, supporting independence and dignity, assisting with daily living activities, and engaging residents in life skills and enrichment activities. A CNA certification is preferred, HS diploma required, and 18+ years old; prior senior care

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication with residents and team members is essential.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Help residents maintain independence and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating).
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
