Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Temporary Associate Director / Organizer in the Organizing Division, responsible for executing labor organizing activities within the Association. The role focuses on coordinating campaigns and engaging healthcare professionals to build broad-based support.

You will monitor employer tactics for illegal violations, represent the organization at pre-election conferences, oversee elections, and stay informed on NLRB rulings and healthcare labor issues, contributing to staff

Qualifications

  • Experience in organizing preferred.
  • Advanced education in labor relations advantageous.
  • Knowledge of healthcare profession and leadership experience in local units desirable.
