Atrium Staffing LLC is recruiting an AV Coordinator for a private university in New Jersey. The role focuses on hands-on AV support across classrooms, conference rooms, and event spaces, ensuring reliable operations for academic activities, meetings, and campus events.

The ideal candidate has Crestron and Teams experience, handles projectors, mics, and audio routing, troubleshoots independently, and provides excellent customer service. Schedule runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, onsite only.

Competenze

• Hands-on AV support in educational or professional environments.
• Familiar with Crestron control systems and Microsoft Teams.
• Troubleshooting projectors, mics, displays, and audio equipment.
• Understanding NVX video distribution and Dante routing.
• Able to troubleshoot laptop connectivity and AV integration.
• Experience using Jira or similar IT service platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift/move equipment over 50 pounds and work onsite.

• Provide hands-on AV support across classrooms, conference rooms, and campus spaces.
• Assist faculty, staff, and students with device connections to AV systems.
• Set up, configure, test, and break down AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Troubleshoot projectors, microphones, speakers, displays, and audio gear.
• Support Crestron systems, Teams, and video conferencing tech.
• Diagnose and resolve AV connectivity issues including NVX and Dante routing.
• Provide user training and guidance in person and over the phone.
• Track service requests and resolutions using Jira.
• Coordinate with campus tech teams to maintain reliable systems.
• Occasionally provide weekend support for open houses and events.
