You will greet guests, understand needs, and build complete looks while guiding purchases. The position supports a vibrant, high-traffic retail environment with opportunity for growth and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Social-media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to move around the sales floor and stockroom.

The Stylist serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor who assists customers in selecting products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist works with each customer to discover and express their own personal style while showing how to incorporate Kate Spade products into existing wardrobes.

Requirements
