Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a Temporary Assistant Store Manager – Sales (ASM2) in Missouri to support the liquidation process. You will assist customers, contribute to store operations, and help manage the stockroom and warehouse while providing strong service.

The role offers a $17.75/hour wage, weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and monthly incentives for meeting sales goals during the liquidation period. 6–12 week assignment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, etc.
• High School degree or GED or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and basic computer skills
• Engaging communication skills and a conversation starter
• Ability to lift heavy boxes occasionally
• Willingness to learn forklift operation with training provided

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting flooring for projects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support store management and supervision in daily operations during the liquidation process.
• Assist with warehouse and stockroom maintenance.
• Provide outbound sales calls to customers and pros (prospective customers).
