Job summary

Lumber Liquidators seeks a Temporary Assistant Store Manager - Sales (ASM1) in Wisconsin to support liquidation efforts. You will handle the full sales lifecycle, assist customers with flooring choices, and help supervise store operations during the temporary period.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing sales, a HS diploma, and comfort with technology. The role offers weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a performance-based monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, etc.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office products
• Engaging communication skills and a conversation starter
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy boxes
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with flooring selections and provide superior customer service
• Deliver on overall customer satisfaction and support sales team
• Provide store management and daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Assist with upkeep of the flooring warehouse
• Engage in proactive selling including outbound calls to customers and pros
