Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with four years of related library/clerical experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with archival processing, collections management, and standards.
• Ability to learn university policies and archival workflows quickly.

Responsibilities

• Perform archival accessioning, processing, and preservation for physical and digital collections.
• Maintain control over department collections and files; track collections and space planning.
• Support long-term accessibility and discoverability of rare and primary sources.
• Collaborate with the Special Collections and Archives team and other units.
