Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or completion of WorkKeys assessment.
• Experience working with children or students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the after-school club.
• Monitor behavior and provide redirection.
• Support club participants with school rules and routines.
• Encourage positive social interactions and participation.
• Assist students with disabilities in accessing club activities.
• Provide encouragement to promote independence.
• Communicate safety or support concerns to staff.
