Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

POSITION SUMMARY

This temporary, part-time position (15 hours per week) will support the Accounts Payable Administrator in carrying out routine AP processes during the development of API connections between our SaaS platforms. The role focuses on ensuring timely invoice processing, vendor communication, and support for manual payment operations.

LOCATION

Remote role - Must be based in California

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign invoices to appropriate users in SAP Concur for coding and approval.
• Monitor the AP email inbox and follow up on inquiries and incoming invoices.
• Review incoming scanned documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify accuracy of captured invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
• Investigate and correct rejected invoices to enable processing.
• Assist with preparation and processing of manual checks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Abilities

• SAP Concur experience required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 years of experience in an accounting or AP support role.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

ESTIMATED STARTING SALARY RANGE:

$25.00 - $30.00 hourly, based on skills and experience.
