Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Yardi, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
• Available for contract or interim opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Month-end and year-end close.
• Journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Bank and account reconciliations.
• Financial statement preparation.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable support.
• Accruals and prepaid schedules.
• Fixed assets and depreciation.
• Variance analysis and reporting.
• Assisting with audits and special projects.
• ERP system cleanup, implementations, and process improvements.
