Beansprouts Preschool in Brooklyn is seeking a warm, caring Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a maternity leave replacement in a 4’s classroom from February through June 2027. This temporary role offers hands-on work with young children in a nurturing learning environment.

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or progress toward degree (90 credits minimum).
• 1–2 years of teaching experience in an early childhood program.
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues and families.
• Energetic, creative, and nurturing team player.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities
• Interact, support, and work with parents by sending reports, newsletters and other communication and also meet one-on-one to provide feedback
• Create a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment
• Provide leadership and guidance to your teaching team
• Nurture the development of children
• Engage in Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
