The position requires physical stamina and the ability to follow detailed work orders, with occasional overtime and weekend work. Primary duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various campus facilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capacity for sustained physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to work nights and adapt to overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily routine and detail cleaning of campus buildings, offices, restrooms, classrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as part of routine maintenance.
• Work primarily in on-campus buildings during academic year, summer, and between semesters.
