Job summary
BAART Programs in California is seeking a licensed nurse for a 12-week temporary/full-time assignment. The dispensing nurse will manage medication dispensing, inventory, and patient treatment reporting, while collaborating with supervisory counseling staff and maintaining a non-judgmental posture toward individuals in substance use treatment.

Qualifications
- Current and good standing California LPN/LVN/RN license.
- CPR certification required.
- EMR & computer proficiency desired.
- Experience in chemical dependency preferred; positive attitude toward substance use treatment.
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Administer daily medication to patients per policy and protocols (Methadone/Suboxone).
- Use automated dispensing systems; calibrate pumps; maintain dispensing equipment.
- Produce and maintain records/reports per company protocol and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards for distribution/storage of controlled substances.
- Order, receive and stock medication per DEA/state regulations (if POA granted).
- Provide daily assessment of patients.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
