Responsibilities

• Maintains staff of workers by interviewing prospects and recommending hiring to Temple Recorder.
• Trains new workers through orientations and pairing with experienced staff.
• Ensures prompt, cheerful service to patrons by proper scheduling and supervision of workers.
• Monitors and evaluates staff performance; manages time sheets and volunteer hours.
• Maintains inventory of rental clothing and supplies; initiates requisitions as needed.
