Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building interiors including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Use chemical cleaners according to established procedures.
• Dust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Restroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Notify supervisors of maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean janitorial closets and ensure equipment is in good order.
• Maintain good working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues
• Maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
