Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of various plants and fertilizers.
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and with a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns and maintain landscape as per original plan.
• Prune and shape shrubs and trees for optimal growth and beauty.
• Spray lawns, shrubs, and trees for disease and pests in compliance with laws.
• Maintain and ensure proper operation of power equipment.
• Guide volunteers in grounds maintenance.
• Water lawn and garden areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
