Job summary

Baekjeong Korean BBQ in Temple City, CA is seeking a dishwasher to support kitchen tasks, wash dishes and appliances, and keep back-of-house areas clean and sanitized for service.

Job Purpose

As a dishwasher, you support kitchen tasks, keep the back of the house maintained, wash dishes and appliances, clean and sanitize small wares, empty trash receptacles, scrub floors, restock items, and perform other duties to keep kitchen areas clean and prepared for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dirty utensils, pots, grills, dishes, by hand and/or dishwasher
• Use detergent/sanitizer properly
• Clear hazards
• Clean and detail equipment
• Empty/clean garbage cans
• Sweep and mop
• Sanitize walls
• Clean rings with scraper/scrubber
