Job Purpose

• The ideal busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area. They will maintain a safe environment and be polite and friendly to guests

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room
• Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes
• Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit
• Restock supplies
• Maintain busser station
• Sweep and mop
• Take out trash
• Set up and break down
• Be polite and friendly to guests
• Other duties as assigned
