Job summary

Baekjeong Korean BBQ in Los Angeles is hiring a busser to clear and clean tables, reset dining areas, and keep a safe, welcoming environment for guests. This role supports front-of-house service and food runners as needed.

Candidates should have a Food Handler's Card, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and be available nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room.

• Take out trash.
• Set up and break down.

Job Purpose

The ideal busser is responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and dining area. They will maintain a safe environment and be polite and friendly to guests

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, dining room
• Clear, organize, and consolidate dirty dishes
• Use pushcart to buss and transport dishes to dish pit

• Maintain busser station
• Sweep and mop

Benefits Overview
