We are seeking a Drafting Field Technician (Templater) to join our countertop operations team. This is a hands-on, field-based position responsible for visiting residential jobsites and capturing accurate measurements and project details needed for the fabrication and installation of countertops. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working independently in the field, and able to communicate professionally with customers, contractors, sales teams, and operations personnel. Experience with countertop templating, construction measurements, drafting, or residential construction is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday, reporting to the Installation Manager. Local travel to customer jobsites is required.
