Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Process Technician for Yield Enhancement & Metrology to join the fabrication team. You will collect and analyze metrology data, drive process improvements, troubleshoot tool issues, and optimize metrology processes across device stacks.

You will collaborate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure product quality, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• 1–3 years in semiconductor manufacturing, metrology, quality, or process tech.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry in manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Test and characterize wafers, collect metrology data, and drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot tool-related issues and support corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and data records; monitor tool performance.
• Collaborate with Process Eng, Equipment Eng, and Quality teams.
• Support SOPs, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
