Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician II to support process engineering, product development, and R&D activities in a semiconductor laboratory environment. You will operate advanced process equipment, run engineering experiments, and collect critical data to drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with process engineers and R&D teams, monitor metrology data, and help maintain documentation and safety procedures within a cleanroom setting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in semiconductor manufacturing, process operations, or related tech environments.
• 1+ years supporting engineering experiments, process development, or R&D activities.
• Associate's degree or higher in Semiconductor Technology, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical/Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment for development and production.
• Execute engineering-defined process recipes and experimental test plans.
• Support high-volume thin film deposition production across multiple platforms.
• Monitor process performance and collect metrology data (thin-film, CD, wafer disposition, chemistry).
• Prepare records, charts, graphs and reports for engineering review.
