University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking a Temp Work Control Associate to partner with trade shops, project managers and campus stakeholders. The role emphasizes planning, prioritization and execution of maintenance work, with a focus on asset management, work tracking and delivery services.

The Work Control Associate will partner closely with trade shops, project managers, and campus stakeholders to ensure maintenance work is effectively planned, prioritized, and executed. Drive continuous improvement in assets management, work tracking, and delivery services.
Coordinate day-to-day operations by planning and organizing activities, communicating program policies and procedures, and fostering positive working relationships with both internal teams and external university constituents.
This role is utilizes planning expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to make a real impact.
Responsibilities include:
This position has been designated as mandatory personnel for the University and may be required to report to work during adverse weather conditions even though the University may be operating on an alternate schedule. This position may assist in the removal of snow, ice or debris, as required.
As a guide, minimum requirements are generally: graduation from high school, two years related experience, and demonstrated ability with generally accepted office software programs. Work may require knowledge of UNCW policies and procedures or the ability apply policies and procedures to the work to be performed in the department.
Valid NC Driver's License or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
