Job summary

Provisur Technologies Inc in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse shipping associate to handle goods, pick and pack orders, and maintain accurate paperwork for shipments.

You will operate a forklift, use UPS shipping software, read a tape measure, build skids, receive parts, and maintain inventory through cycle counting. This role requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a shipping department.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Familiarity with UPS shipping software.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify, select, prepare, and package customer orders for timely shipment.
• Prepare documents and process shipments using computer software system.
• Verify correctness of bills of lading, and other records of goods received.
• Reject damaged goods and correspond with shipper to adjust as needed.
• Prepare parts for outside processing, including setup and installation of hardware if necessary.
• Build skids for shipping goods.
• Maintain flow of product throughout facility by pulling parts and issuing to shop work orders.
• Receive parts and stock in the warehouse.
• Load and unload raw material.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in the warehouse.
• Perform cycle counting.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Handle goods and products that come into the warehouse. Daily tasks include, checking for damaged or missing items, moving stock around by hand or using a forklift truck, picking and packing orders, keeping paperwork up to date and building skids for goods. Shipping and receiving of goods and equipment, material handling throughout shop departments as required.
