Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, order picking, shipping, or apparel production.
• Ability to stand and repeatedly lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and replenish products; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pick and prepare customer orders using work orders and scanners.
• Support embroidery and heat seal production and related equipment.
• Inspect garments for quality and proper artwork placement.
• Finish, fold, pack, label garments and prepare pallets for shipping.
• Meet production standards and deadlines; cross-train as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
