Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate I (Temp) in Rochester, PA. You will load/unload freight, verify materials, and maintain inventory records while using forklifts, scanners, and tablets.

This role requires basic math, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong paperwork coordination. The position emphasizes safe work practices, accurate data entry, and efficient material handling, with opportunities to operate multiple storage and scanning tools in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Willingness to operate a forklift and handheld scanners.
Comfort with using computers and data portals for updates.
Ability to coordinate paperwork and execute multiple activities.

Responsibilities

Load and unload freight/products safely and efficiently.
Verify incoming/outgoing material against documents for accuracy.
Maintain inventory records in the designated system and process returns.
Operate material handling equipment including forklift, hand truck, handheld scanners, iPads and computers.
Keep the work area clean and comply with safety and security procedures.
Assemble, pack and pick materials; kit materials as required.
Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and shipping/receiving accuracy.
Move material to storage areas and identify damaged goods.
