Qualifications

• Must have prior production or general labor experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfortable around heavy equipment and machinery in an industrial environment.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Experience with assembly, machine operation, or blueprint reading preferred.
• Reliable with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of various products such as fiberglass and molded parts.
• Operate machines and perform assembly.
• Read diagrams or blueprints for specifications.
• Perform inspections.
• Handle material and load machines as needed.
• Perform all other general labor duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace at all times.
