Responsibilities

• Start work early in the morning at 5:00 AM.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Prepare breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, sandwiches and pies.
• Follow recipes, production schedules and quality standards to ensure consistency.
• Weigh and measure flour and other ingredients.
• Mix ingredients to create fillings, doughs and bakery products.
• Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, fryers and rollers.
• Decorate cakes with glazes, icing and decorations.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches.
• Maintain inventory awareness and communicate needs to bakery team.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs of flour and ingredients.
• Temp-to-perm with full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
• Schedule: 5am to 2pm, shifts vary, weekends and holidays.
• Pay: $18/hr.
