The selected candidate will assist in fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment while developing hands-on welding skills. This role offers on-the-job training, a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and the possibility of overtime as needed, with growth

Qualifications

• Basic Stick Welding (SMAW) skills required.
• Recent welding school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to pass a weld test.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Stick Welding (SMAW) tasks.
• Assist with the fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment and components.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools.
• Follow welding procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work closely with experienced welders and supervisors to develop skills and knowledge.
