Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA in Houston, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Welder (Temp-to-Hire) to join our manufacturing team and start a career in welding on real industrial equipment.

The ideal candidate is a recent welding school graduate or someone with basic welding skills who wants hands-on experience, growth, and a path to long-term employment. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic Stick Welding (SMAW) skills required.
• Recent welding school graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to pass a weld test.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic Stick Welding (SMAW) tasks.
• Assist with the fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment and components.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and measuring tools.
• Follow welding procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work closely with experienced welders and supervisors to develop skills and knowledge.

DIHO Consulting USA is seeking an Entry-Level Welder for an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity in the Houston, TX area.

This position is ideal for recent welding school graduates or candidates with basic welding knowledge who are looking to start their career in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will assist in the fabrication, repair, and assembly of industrial equipment and components while developing hands-on welding skills.
