NorthShore Care Supply in Libertyville/Green Oaks, IL, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Warehouse Clerk for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping merchandise within the company warehouse.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail. The position requires independent work, English proficiency, and a willingness to overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Independent worker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work at a rapid pace to meet shipping deadlines.
• Verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs.
• At least 1 year of warehouse pick/pack/ship experience.
• Must be able to work the listed schedule + overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks, check in merchandise, and stock incoming items.
• Pack customer orders from pick carts and palletize or relocate to holding areas.
• Read sales orders to determine items to pick, pack and ship.
• Use computer and barcode scanners to complete tasks.
• Inspect and repair merchandise as needed.
• Count physical inventory.
• May perform facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Sweep, dust, and mop the warehouse.
• Keep the workspace organized and safe at all times.
• Ensure warehouse is accessible for staff and customers.
• Wear the proper safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Days Off: Thursdays and Saturdays

NorthShore Care Supply, a fast-growing medical supply company in Libertyville/Green Oaks, is seeking to add a new Temporary to Hire Warehouse Clerk to our team. We’re looking for a versatile candidate skilled at receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise within the Company Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to merchandise received and storing (locating) the incoming merchandise.
• Packing customer orders from pick carts and placing orders on pallets or conveyors, or relocating orders to specified holding areas.
• Reading sales orders to determine items to be picked, packed, & shipped.
• Using computer and barcode scanners to complete specific job tasks.
• Inspecting and repairing merchandise as needed.
• Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for all employees and customer traffic.
• Wearing the proper safety equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
