Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES/AWS) is seeking a CNC Operator in Wilmington, NC who can read G-Code and operate CNC shot peening equipment. This temp-to-hire, full-time role offers 2nd shift with Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-2am and an optional Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm weekend shift.

Candidates should have experience with G-Code and Fanuc controls, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints. Safety and quality are priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Operator experience required.
• Working knowledge of G-Code programming.
• Experience with Fanuc CNC controls preferred.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC shot peening machines
