Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with administration and collection of business licenses, taxes, and related fees.
• Assists with field inspections and site visits to verify licensing information and support compliance.
• Maintains business license, tax, and customer account records using computerized databases.
• Provides courteous and professional customer service to inquiries from the public.
