In a temporary, hybrid role in New York, you’ll take ideas from concept to final edit and collaborate with editors and social teams to balance editorial priorities with audience engagement.

You will shoot and edit across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, using professional cameras and mobile setups.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience creating and editing social video content.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating self-shot and self-edited social video work.
• Excellent knowledge of vertical video formats and platform-specific best practices.

Aufgaben

• Create social-first video content for Delish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, from concept through final delivery.
• Develop timely, engaging concepts rooted in food trends, recipes, restaurants, products, pop culture, and internet culture.
• Shoot compelling footage using professional cameras, smartphones, and basic lighting and audio equipment.
• Edit polished short-form videos with strong pacing, transitions, text overlays, captions, graphics, music, and sound design.
• Collaborate with Delish editors, producers, and social teams to develop content that supports editorial and audience priorities.
• Monitor social trends and platform best practices to identify opportunities for timely content.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced editorial environment while maintaining a high creative bar.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while ensuring content is accurate and visually engaging.
