• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with patients, families, and providers.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Temp Skilled Nursing Facility Billing Specialist (Medicaid/HMO), you will be responsible for managing the billing process for our Medicaid and HMO patients, including:

• Reviewing and analyzing patient records to ensure accurate billing information
• Processing claims and resolving billing disputes with Medicaid and HMO providers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing documentation
• Collaborating with the revenue cycle team to identify and resolve billing issues
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
