Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of billing or revenue cycle management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with patients, families, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Medicaid/HMO billing process to ensure timely, accurate claims processing.
• Review patient records to verify billing information and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze billing data and identify process improvements in the revenue cycle.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle team to resolve disputes with Medicaid and HMO providers.
