The Senior Maintenance Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities within the Consumer Support Services industry. This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks that enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the premises. The Senior Maintenance Worker will lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support while also executing hands-on repairs and improvements. Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience in a supervisory role or team leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems as required.
• Supervise and train junior maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and renovations as needed.
