Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Temp Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment at our client sites in Richmond Heights, MO. You will monitor access, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents with professionalism. The role requires strong customer service and vigilance throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include enforcing post orders, reporting hazards, and using security tech across shifts. High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license are required; pre-employment screening

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Driving record must meet company/insurance standards.

Temp Security Officer's

Primary Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Wage: $18.00/HR

Available Shifts:

• 0700 - 1500
• 1500 - 2300
• 2300 - 0700

The Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
