Job summary

A Skilled Nursing Home Facility in Connecticut is seeking a Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor/Charge Nurse for contract positions. Shifts include Mon-Fri 7:00-3:00 and 3:00-11:00; same day offers for an experienced RN supervisor ready to jump in.

Work location is in-person with weekly pay, a 401(k) with match, and a temporary rate of $70/hr for experienced RNs. Requires CT RN license, IV certification, and senior-care experience; flexibility to cover additional facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required in good standing.
• IV cert required.
• Experience in senior care is a MUST.
• Proficient reading, writing and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and act as charge nurse.
• Coordinate patient care across shifts.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
• Be flexible to cover shifts and nearby facilities.
• Drive to nearby facility as needed.

A Nursing Home Company has a special temporary rate of $70/hr available for experienced Working RN Registered Nurse Supervisor.

Requirements

IV cert required

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in in the state of CT in good standing

• Experience in senior care a MUST!

• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.

• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

• Willingness to drive to- nearby A Nursing Home Company facilities as needed
