The Oklahoma State Department of Health is seeking a Part-Time Customer Assistance Representative I - Temporary to provide information and services to taxpayers and customers. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, advising on policies, and processing publications and forms, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 19 hours per week.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in clerical office work or as a customer service representative.
• Education equivalent to thirty semester hours of college, including six semesters in business or public administration.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to information requests concerning filing requirements, due dates, registrations, and related data.
• Coordinate with other divisions to clarify policies, determine account status, issue clearances, and route materials.
• Review forms for computations and status, and identify tax accounts that can be closed.
• Maintain records and inventories of publications, forms, and supplies.
• Presence in the office is an essential function of the job.
