Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a preschool leave coverage opportunity in Windsor, CA. The role focuses on providing therapy to preschool students to support communication, speech and language development within the school setting.

The ideal candidate holds a CA-SLP license and CTC credential, with experience in preschool special education. The temporary assignment runs December 14, 2026, through March 12, 2027, with weekly pay and

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active CA-SLP license.
CTC SLP Services Credential.
Experience with preschool children in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool-aged students to support communication, speech, and language development.
Assess student needs and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress and ensure continuity of services.
Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and participate in relevant meetings as needed.
