Job summary

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, assist with inventory and stock maintenance, medication preparation, physical inspection, and record keeping.

Requirements

2 years of current Pharmacy Technician experience – required.

• Must be a certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) – facility will not pend certification.
• Previous travel – preferred.
• High degree of proficiency in IV compound & chemotherapy compounding – required.

• Skills checklist (pertinent to position), current to one year.
• 1 supervisory signed reference (from within the past two years of employment).
• License/Certifications – must be uploaded with profile (NH license, BLS, CPhT and PERM address – facility will not pend license/certs).

• New Hampshire

Additional License Requirements

NH License required at time of submission, CPhT required at submission.

Weekend Requirements

1 weekend per month/Holiday coverage if required.
