Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of full-time warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of fundamental inventory control procedures.
• Familiarity with Workday Inventory and purchasing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; data entry.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receives warehouse orders in Workday; delivers stock to departments.
• Enters disbursements into Workday inventory to ensure items are disbursed to proper accounts.
• Checks and monitors stock levels; creates purchase orders to restock inventory stock items.
• Processes incoming stock by inspecting conditions; performs equipment checks and counts items against PO; notes discrepancies.
• Maintains facility cleanliness and organization; ensures safety codes are followed.
• Contacts vendors to obtain pricing and manage past due deliveries; processes pick tickets and weekly deliveries.
