Job summary

Burgess Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Deck/OOW to join a 60m+ motor yacht for an Atlantic crossing. Based on Valencia, this short-term assignment requires proven experience on large yachts and solid command of bridge watches.

The successful candidate must hold OOW tickets and all relevant endorsements, be prepared to assist on deck when needed, and bring Atlantic crossing experience. Start: 10 November; End: 25 November. Salary is competitive DOE.

Qualifications

• OOW certificate and all relevant tickets in hand.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Confident in leading bridge watches.
• Experience on large yachts is preferred.
• Willing to assist on deck when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge watches when on duty on a 60m+ motor yacht.
• Assist on deck as required during the voyage.
• Support operations during the Atlantic crossing.
