Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ months of professional experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales, or technology.
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator preferred but not required.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of personnel policies per federal and state laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities
