Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
• Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to follow defined procedures.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong work ethic with a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable working under daily or weekly supervision with frequent review for accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver warehoused parts to designated assembly areas to support efficient production flow.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate material transactions within the ERP system.
• Follow all safety procedures and support company safety initiatives.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain stock areas, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and proper inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with production lines to ensure timely material availability.
• Identify and resolve basic material-flow or inventory issues.
• Participate in team meetings and share job-related information.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance, quality, and attention to detail.
• Complete assigned tasks following established procedures, processes, and policies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the department.
